Varicose veins are a condition of the disease in which swelling come in the veins. Blood flow is not done properly. By the way, this disease can occur in any part of the body, but mostly people are having it in the feet. Excessive obesity, pregnancy,  standing constantly and growing age are the main causes of varicose veins. When the flow of blood is not properly formed from the lower parts of the body, blood is formed in the veins. Due to blood clotting, swelling occurs in the nerves and pain and cramps in the legs occur. Swelling in the veins, the colour of the veins of blue or green, swelling of the feet, the formation of blood and the rupture of the skin, all the above symptoms can be of varicose veins.


        Treatment: --- For the treatment of varicose veins, one should first consume balanced nutritious diet. Stop eating or eating less starchy foods such as potatoes, sweet potato etc. Sour fruits such as lemon, orange, seasonal etc. are beneficial. Consumption of 200ml spinach juice in 300 ml carrot juice provides plenty of help in treating varicose veins. Apply wet mud coating on the affected parts with varicose veins overnight. Clean it in the next morning. Applying the soil coagulation in this way is also beneficial in the Varicose veins.

         Precautions: - The patients of varicose veins should not keep their feet in the same condition for a longer period of time. If you do a seating work, take a walk on every half hour. If you have to sit for long periods of time, then the feet should be placed on a chair or stool. Legs should not be kept in the same condition for a long time. The circulation keeps blood circulating toward the top. Blood circulation prevents blood circulation from occurring in the veins. By keeping the feet slightly elevated while sleeping, the blood circulation increases easily from the ankles to the heart. Greying a patient's bed slightly higher near the feet of Varicose veins also benefits. For this, the bed can be elevated by keeping the brick under the bed, on the side of the leg. Feet can be raised by keeping the cushion or pillow under the feet.



                  Yoga,  and exercise in Varicose veins are also very beneficial. By doing yoga and exercise, the circulation of blood throughout the body is smooth. It is also very beneficial in blood vessels in veins. Exercise like herma phrase is very beneficial in the treatment of varicose veins, because this seat pulls the blood from the feet to the heart along the direction of gravity.
